Shipping

• NOPE orders are typically shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days from Maryland.
• We offer shipping to all 50 US states.

Refunds & Returns

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.
• If your order was damaged in transit, please email hello@drinknope.com within 14 days of receiving the package with a photo of the damage so that we may replace your product or issue a refund. We cannot guarantee refunds after 14 days.
• We are not able to offer refunds or returns for flavor or ingredient preferences.
• We do not provide a money back guarantee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
